The Bridge Yard can accommodate up to 500 guests for sit-down dinners or 2000+ guests for concerts or cocktail-style events.
12 consecutive hours between 8 am and 11 PM. Events past 11 PM are subject to additional rental fees. Additional hours are available at $300.00 per hour with a full day rental package. $500 per hour for additional time added during the event.
All rentals include access to secure reliable Wi-Fi internet with burst speeds up to 1GB. LAN, private Wi-Fi networks, and guaranteed speed packages are available upon request.
Non-Refundable Venue Rental Fee is due at the time of signing to confirm your reservation. All other service fees are due 14 days prior to the event date.
$2,500.00 damage deposit is required with final payment 14 days prior to your event and will be fully refunded upon satisfactory inspection of premises.
Guest Parking included with rental fees. Additional staffing fees may apply. Parking is available for up to 200 upon request.
