Capacity

The Bridge Yard can accommodate up to 300-500 guests for seated dinners, 800 for theater seating, or 2000+ standing room for
concerts or cocktail style events.

Wireless

All rentals include access to secure reliable Wi-Fi internet with burst speeds up to 1GB.

If your event requires LAN, private Wi-Fi networks, or guaranteed speed packages, these are available at an additional cost.

Terms

Non-Refundable Venue Rental Fee is due at the time of signing to confirm your reservation. All other service fees are due 14 days prior to the event date.

Damage Deposits

$2,500.00 damage deposit is required with final payment 14 days prior to your event and will be fully refunded upon satisfactory inspection of premises.   

Parking

Limited guest parking is included with rental fees for up to 275 vehicles. Additional staffing and safety equipment rental fees may apply. Please note there is no street parking in the area and no public transit. We highly encourage ride-sharing.
