The Bridge Yard can accommodate up to 500 guests for sit-down dinners or 2000+ guests for concerts or cocktail-style events.
12 consecutive hours between 8 am and 11 PM. Events past 11 PM are subject to additional rental fees. Additional hours are available at $300.00 per hour with a full day rental package. $500 per hour for additional time added during the event.
Guest parking for up to 200 vehicles included with rental fees. Additional staffing fees may apply.
Non-Refundable Venue Rental Fee is due at the time of signing to confirm your reservation. All other service fees are due 14 days prior to the event date.
$2,500.00 damage deposit* is required with final payment 14 days prior to your event and will be fully refunded upon satisfactory inspection of premises.
All rentals include access to secure reliable Wi-Fi internet with burst speeds up to 1GB. LAN, private Wi-Fi networks, and guaranteed speed packages are available upon request.
